First time writing an English review since this restaurant is run by a group of friendly foreign friends. They offer tons of toppings to make your own bowl but I was too indecisive to pick, so I chose the pre-set bowls. The staff kindly reminded us to finish the bowl within 30 minutes for the best tasting experience since the hot rice underneath will heat up the raw salmon.
There are salmon poke and smoke salmon and both taste fresh. I like the fact that they have pineapple in the bowl to add sweetness. The combination of sushi rice + brown rice allows me to enjoy the yummy Japanese rice while retaining more fibres from brown rice.

Supreme Chicken (Large Bowl) $120
Their chicken is quite tender and juicy - chicken lovers should order this! The sunny side up egg is super eye-catching with a yellow runny egg yolk and sesame seasoning. Chickpea is also a bonus in this dish with its chewy texture. I pick brown rice + mixed green and the latter is surprisingly good - fresh and not bitter at all!

In short, large bowls are adequate for 2-3 to share - the portion size is really generous. Who says you can’t get full when u eat healthily? This place is definitely worth revisiting!
