Finally we can try their famous ‘jazz’ soup, cha siu and pork chop rice! This is a preset menu with all the good stuff, portions were generous so we took away a lot of the food. The jazz soup was supposedly invented by them made with melon, with fish maw and other dried seafood made it especially light sweet and rich, I can have many bowls. The pork chop rice was also perfect, Japanese 21 days aged pork over thin layer of rice in a clay pot, hence the rice was crispy topped with rich tomato sauc
