Coming with hubby to celebrate our anniversary and see this well structure Japanese style restaurant in a corner in TST. The good thing is the area is not busy and it gives you a kind of leisure. When we go into the restaurant, the waitress introduced us what is fresh and recommendation where we feel welcomes. First, they served cucumber and jelly fish. First, they served cucumber and jelly fish. I love appetizer that is sour and stimulate your stomach for the main dish. The jelly fish and cucumber mixed with vinegar and chili. Each is given a small bowl before the dinner started.
Then, it comes the grill fish fin and mayonnaise. It is perfect with it served with saka. Too bad I was sick and not able to taste the fish fin with alcohol. Otherwise I would say this snack is best with saka. There are also seasoning salt on top for taste.
Grilled Hokkaido Fresh Corn, it is grilled and the corn is juicy. The juice burst out and it is sweet to. Love it.
Assorted Sashimi platter which included five types of sashimi, and they were all very fresh! The akagai came with the edges of the clam as well, so there was a contrast in texture between the clam's main body and edges. To highlight, the seared Barracuda Sashimi had a firm and tender texture, and its strong flavor was enhanced by the seaweed
Fried Oysters X4. Salad at the bottom and the oyster is fresh inside. There is no strange smell or taste. Hubby loves it and he finished 3 !!! People who love fried food should really try it.
Claims in white wine. I love this. It is fresh and hot. The soup is yumm that I actually drink like a soup. It makes my body warm! The green onion on top matches with the seafood itself.
At the end, light cold ramen is here to serve. It contains crab leg, cucumber and egg. The noodles is tender and cold. The sesame sauce is yummy with the rest.
A complimentary dessert at the end, and I went with the tofu ice cream. The ice cream had strong tofu flavor which I enjoy a lot. Must order when you are here!!
