Generally we know what to expect from Crystal Jade and this time is no different. Fresh noodles, juicy xiao long bao and any other dish should be more than decent. Given this branch is not the typical 'la main' branch I was happy to find the menu had regional dishes as well as their signature dishes. We had the braised fatty pork which was rich and sumptuous. It was great but I probably will not order this again out of guilt.
