Went here with my colleague during lunch time to try out this cart noodle resto in Wan Chai..I selected Vermicelli for noodle, while choosing Sweet & Sour Gluten and Pig Red for ingredients. With a crispy exterior, the Sweet & Sour Gluten were juicy internally. It's interesting that even though it was soaked in the soup, their crispiness still remained.
