Me and my friend were walking pass and saw a big sign about homemade cheese tart. It was very tempting so I suggested to go in and try.We were looking through the menu and ordered some more food. Sweet potato is very popular these day so a lot of the dessert shop has their products. This dessert shop launched a new dessert which contains sweet potato as well so it's a must to try. We were looking through the menu and ordered some more food. Sweet potato is very popular these day so a lot of the dessert shop has their products. This dessert shop launched a new dessert which contains sweet potato as well so it's a must to try. I ordered the chestnut & purple sweet potato mountain. The chestnut puree was sweet and smooth. The vanilla ice-cream was quite creamy and sweet. My favourite was the purple sweet potato mash, it was so delicious. It wasn't sweet but the flavour was rich enough. The texture was mashy. Underneath the sweet potato mash was a thin piece of macaron, it was sweet and crunchy.
My friend got the Green tea molten cake with pink lady yoghurt ice-cream. The molten cake was crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. The whole cake had a strong green tea flavour. Once we cut it in half, the sauce leaked out. It was warm and not too sweet. It tasted so nice with the red bean. The berries yoghurt ice-cream was quite sour but it matched so well with the green tea cake. There were bite of berries inside the ice-cream as well.
The cheese tart was so tasty. The pastry was very crunchy, the cheese wasn't so cheesey which I love! I think they mixed the cheese with cream as well so it was quite smooth.
