Cocolo Tokyo Cake Factory (西貢海傍街) (已結業)

A small shop opened that is dedicated in making japanese style crispy apple pie. Everything is transparent and you can see the whole process and their factory is very clean and tidy. They also have a matcha latte but I found it too creamy and not enough matcha, but those who like milky end of the spectrum would definitely like it. If youbpass by make you buy an apple pie.
