Trying this Newly opened casual restaurant at PP.. What I ordered : - fish sandwich - tater tots with caviar dill sour cream - set lunch beef tartareSteak & friesAffogato I think everything was pretty good, I especially loved this huge fish burger, it was sooo good! The portion was really generous, there were two slices of filet, the filet was crispy outside and tender inside, topped with great amount of cheese! I think everything was pretty good, I especially loved this huge fish burger, it was sooo good! And the brioche bun was so buttery and soft, which I liked a lot!
The tater tots paired with dill sour cream and caviar, a very photogenic dish, taste very good as well!
Beef tartare and steak & fries were ok, up to standard..
I would say the Hawk & Aster is a slightly fancier version of @elephantgrounds
Food was not bad at an affordable price, portions were generous .. I enjoyed my lunch there a lot, I would come back for the fish burger for sure.
