I am a fan of omelette rice. Particularly omelette rice with beef stew. I remember there was a restaurant at ex-Diamaru (舊大丸) serving Hayashi omelette rice and that was my favourite. For the sauce, i personally think it’s rather watery though the taste is rich enough and the portion of the sauce is just right.
One more thing is the beef stew and chicken was rather tough.
