🐔Boneless Hainanese Chicken Rice with Singapore Laksa
We ordered two portions of chicken rice because we were both quite hungry on that day. When they served it, there was ginger scallion sauce, oyster sauce and chili sauce for the chicken. The meat was tender and juicy, perfect with the flavorful rice in chicken oil. For Singapore Laksa, there was shrimp, tofu Puff, egg etc with rice noodles. The soup was made with coconut milk and curry paste base which was creamy and intense.

Bak Kut Yeh included spare ribs, tofu puff, bean curd sheet and garlic. It had strong herb flavours. I love the taste so much!
🐠Deep Fried Fish Skin with Salted Egg Yolk
This is my all time favorite food! I always buy a big pack of fish skin and ate it during my free time🤣 The deep fried fish skin tasted excellent! They put tones of salted egg yolk on top of the fish skin! Very crispy!
