Lunch with the boss today. Boss highly recommended the pigeon’s nest fried with egg white and crab meat. So crispy and yummy. And the sauce...😋😋😋 Boss said shd order some dim sum so I picked the 蝦腸 and spring rolls. Spring rolls were light and crispy, didn’t feel oily at all. However the 蝦腸 looked and tasted equally disappointing- they put the 九黃 inside, and the 腸粉 was sticky and doughy. The prawns just felt too loud and heavy. Surprise of the day: boss preordered the sharksfin stuffed in pigeo
