Previously tried this cart noodle joint in Kowloon City.They specialize in cart noodles with a choice of herbal broths.Tried this new branch of Yung Kee to see if there was any difference.As it was new, there are only three broths : Pork broth, Vegetarian Mushroom and White pepper.Tried all three and each one is very different.The white pepper one can be very peppery while the vegetarian one is very sweet so the pork bone broth is rather neutral.For the noodles, the thick ones were the best.
