Ok, I need to fanboy for a few seconds, cuz the interior design of this ramen joint in Tsim Sha Tsui is GORGEOUS😍 Arrived late afternoon when the sun was setting, and the sunlight gently penetrated thru the blinds to light up the restaurant’s white, high ceilings and chic interior. Yuzu Shio/Shoyu Ramen ($98HKD) The restaurant’s signature. Love how they added yuzu to this🍊 Ramen can sometimes get heavy becuz of all the fat and oil from the soup, yet they intelligently added citrus to cut down on the greasiness. Neat!
