Amongst all flavours of taster size, I picked this Strawberry Tart. There was a big super juicy and sweet strawberry on top, bottomed by custard and short crust pastry. It was very simple. Yet the crust base was super super crunchy while the custard was super smooth and of the appropriate degree of sweetness. Although simple, it was a pretty nice tart. Given the price of $43 each, I would give it an OK rating. After finishing the whole tart, I didn't feel too stuffed or greasy.
