Disappointed. It's not shark fin It is the soft tissue that warps the shark fin which usually would be discarded. The soup and noodle was pretty average. $38 is rather expensive. The so call shark fin fish ball ,couldn't find any shark fin in it. $25 for 5 balls. Been here once is enough and not likely to return.
