This should be my 5th times experience to be here. I ordered 4 courses because of winter time as to pick a warm soup.  They normally start with a basket of bread to serve you. There are five selections of bun. I love tomato forracio the most.  Butter and 15-yrs black vingaer will come along with this.  Then, there is a complimentary appetizer with bite size, chef will decide different materials everyday.  The appetitzer I chose was my favorite 'cos I tried more than 3 times. I love tomato forracio the most.  Butter and 15-yrs black vingaer will come along with this.  Then, there is a complimentary appetizer with bite size, chef will decide different materials everyday.  The appetitzer I chose was my favorite 'cos I tried more than 3 times. Scallop with truffles, the green paste is made of bean and some bubble foam together is still smoothing my mouth.  The scallop will be a bit raw as to maintain its softer texture. Pretty surprise corn soup, its crab meat, fresh bb corn and glitter with Japanese fish roes floating on the thicky soup. Such warm.  I ate main course was french chicken without photo here.  Tiny piece of chicken but it tastes like organic chicken, likely as it was pan-fried and still juicy. Desserts are always well-presented.  I dont recall their names but I tried the almond-top one almost 3 times. I named this dish "chop board" because it serves on chop board aliked plate. Extra plate of sweets can be free flown to take on the centre table. Greedy me likes it too. Black coffee helps me to ease my oral after taste.
