It has not been an easy decision to write about this fantastic restaurant. On one hand, I wanted to keep it as a secret. Since finding a good restaurant in Macau that does not get run-over by tourists is no easy task. This place is located within the Four Seasons Hotel, which is adjacent to the Venetians. I had lunch on two occasions and the place was barely half occupied. The quality and service, as you would expect, were excellent. You can have a buffet style soup, salad, and dessert for $160, (including all you can eat lobster claws), or add an entree for another $60. What a bargain for a 5-star eating experience. Almost forgot, their egg tarts are worth every calories. I tried to limit myself to one but eneded up eating three.
The restaurant starts serving lunch at 12 noon. I arrived 15 minutes early. Supervisor Kenneth extended his hospitality by seating me and taking my beverage order. Kenneth also recommend the braised beef, which was exceptional. i really appreciate his service. Keep up the good work!
The only suggestion that I would make is to replace the "sweet corn soup," which reminds me of the food court type of Chinese fast food.
