Wanted mainly to try their Shark Fin Fishballs, as well as their Sharkfin Noodles. FISHBALL with SHARK FIN -This was quite expensive at $24 for 5 small balls. The fish taste was not apparent, the texture a little too soft. I didn't notice shark fins either but someone else had some in their one. Only good thing was its crunchiness, using what seemed like oat meal as batter. Even the sweet and sour sauce it came with was average. SCORE: 3 / 5SHARKFIN NOODLES -This was from memory around $36-3

Unlike most hong kong version, the Sharkfins in this bowl are real but unfortunately probably not from sharks nor from good fins. The sharkfins will disappoint people expecting more, including myself! 一分錢一分貨吧
Having said that, the soup base was really clear with a chicken stock like base and Yunnan ham influence, the noodles were also surprisingly ok-good. SCORE: 4 / 5 (for its price and soup!)
