之前一直都想試呢間阿木台灣麵,但因為經常大排長龍,所以都未有機會試到。今日可能因為係平日加上適逢下午茶時段所以未坐滿,終於可以試吓啦!❇️紅燒牛肉麵 $74▶️湯底味道濃郁,但又唔會過鹹。牛肉非常大嚿,雖然切得厚,但肉質依然軟腍,而且好入味,麵質爽口彈牙。❇️鹽酥肉便當 $63▶️包括三款前菜小食,有菜莆、滷水蛋半隻同埋花生烤麩肉燥飯多汁,雖然已經叫咗少飯,但都依然有一定份量,鹽酥肉炸完後,入面肉質依然粉嫩,而且亦夠腍,只係略嫌味道較淡,但可以自行另外再點枱上面的淮鹽嚟食,味道就剛剛好了!❇️芝士肉鬆蛋餅 $45▶️我個人好喜歡食蛋餅,但響香港好難搵到一間真係做得比較正宗而且好食嘅蛋餅,但呢度嘅蛋餅比到我有驚喜,因為外皮做得好軟熟亦唔會好厚,入面亦有蛋香,而且肉鬆份量都幾多,真係做到貼近台灣食到的地道蛋餅味道👍🏻❇️台式炸大腸 $45▶️呢個小食亦係令我覺得好有驚喜的🤩!大腸外皮炸得香脆,入口脆卜卜,每一片的味道都好有鹹香,唔會有內臟的怪味之餘,亦唔會炸到油淋淋,而且份量都唔少,好食推介!👍🏻❇️熱黑糖珍珠奶茶 (跟餐+$16)▶️唔會太甜,奶同茶的比例平均❇️熱金鑽鳳梨四季春 (跟餐+$17)▶️有淡淡的鳳梨香味,底層亦都有少少鳳梨果肉,叫咗微甜,甜度剛剛好餐廳雖然地方唔大,但勝在食物質素佳而且價錢唔貴份量亦多,難怪經常排長龍! 繼續閱讀

今日同🐧🐧 朋友去旺角行街街❤️ 順道黎試下依間新假期同埋openrice 都推薦過嘅地道特色台灣麵👍今次🐧 決定挑戰下自己食辣😋 特登叫咗餐廳招牌麻辣牛肉牛筋麵🥰❤️ 個麻辣湯底好濃郁超級香😋 麻度同辣度平衡得好好👍 食落又難得地唔會好油🤭 真係好出色❤️ 牛肉煮得好腍,食落好嫩好入味,牛筋幾爽幾彈牙,兩者都好出色😚 食台灣野點少得台式地道小食🤩 我地叫咗鹹酥雞、梅子地瓜條同埋台灣香腸🥰 全部都勁大碟超抵食🤤 鹹酥雞炸得又酥又香口,入面嘅雞肉仲好鮮好嫩,加埋椒鹽真係好惹味👍 梅子地瓜條同樣炸得火喉啱啱好,梅子粉酸酸甜甜嘅滋味,令地瓜條嘅甜味更出眾,好好味🤤 台灣香腸同樣好正❤️ 外脆內嫩,肉汁滿溢,真係送幾碗飯都仲得😘 繼續閱讀

台灣人嘅老闆,將最地道嘅寶島風味帶過嚟香港,所以好多食材都係由台灣直接入口,甚至乎喺門面亦都可以買到好多由台灣直接入口嘅食品㗎🔮紅燒牛肉牛筋麵每次來到我都會必點呢一個紅燒牛肉牛筋麵,先是湯底濃而不膩,富有肉香,上面有台式醃酸菜,試整個湯底更加開胃,食麵前真的要先飲幾啖湯啊!而厚切牛𦟌,以紅燒炆煮足火候,入口即化非常軟腍,又富有膠質,而牛筋軟熟得來又富有彈性,兩者都非常入味啊!更喜歡的是那個台灣麵條,即使放在湯裏面好耐都唔會浸到好淋,入口煙靭又掛湯,果然是餐廳的招牌菜之一🔮麻辣肉燥拌麵台式秘製麻辣肉燥, 香味濃郁,鮮鹹而帶甜,上面鋪大量的青瓜絲,肉燥醬麵和青瓜絲拌勻之後,那種後勁的麻辣,更加惹味,而且每啖都有麵和青瓜絲,又煙韌又爽脆的,絕對係雙重口感🔮家傳鹽酥肉用梅頭肉來切條,再用已調味的粉漿來炸,入口十分香脆,而且炸的火喉剛剛好,入口肉質非常軟熟,更加有豐富的肉汁,上菜前再灑上台式椒鹽粉,真的跟在台灣當地食的味道是一樣的🔮台式炸大腸份量絕對比我想像中多啊,絕對不要想它是不是邪惡,好食就可以啦,入口非常酥脆,外脆內軟,而且一啲酥味都冇,點少少台式甜辣醬,更加惹味🔮冬瓜茶加仙草每次食台灣菜,我都好鍾意飲冬瓜茶,想再下下火嘅話,可以好似我咁加仙草,微甜得來又有藉口 繼續閱讀
