一坐低首先食加咗少少鹽嘅枝豆,唔會好鹹,食吓傾吓不知不覺就食哂 加咗紫蘇葉及柚子啫喱嘅鮟鱇魚肝,口感幼嫩,超級好食 一片片薄燒和牛,可以包住七味胡椒,再點啲日式醋及西班牙香腸油一齊食,似一道中式菜多d,牛肉軟腍 薄切真鯛,加上即片黑松露,好特別又美味嘅配搭 刺身魚柚子啫喱加上鵪鶉蛋,有幾重滑溜香濃口感 刺身係吞拿魚、拖羅及海膽 上菜時打開蓋,煙燻飄哂出嚟,入面係大拖羅海膽魚子壽司,食落仲有淡淡煙燻味但唔會蓋過啲鮮味 燒過嘅智利鱸魚充滿魚油,肉質幼嫩、尤其是魚皮燒到好脆 好大塊嘅五花腩,一層肉一層膏,食落唔會覺得好油膩 Japanese Puff & Black Sesame crème brûlée :甜品有signature嘅朱古力泡芙,以為會好膩,但原來入面係乳酪,外脆內軟感覺好light。另一款係黑芝麻海鹽雪糕,底層仲有紅豆黑芝麻creme brulee,有多重口感
