大埔呢間616最有親切感,因為第一次食就係呢間,平日冇咩人唔使等位就入得,憑呢一點就已經完勝係旺角果啲等十世既餐廳。以前冇桔仔架,而家係其中一道醬料,一擠勁多汁出晒黎,加落牛肉汁度酸酸咸咸好開胃。醬料每人加$10,最中意都係芫茜,蔥,蒜既組合。打邊爐一定要飲下啲清涼或者解膩既野飲先冇咩負擔。洛神玫瑰茶,菊花桂圓露都係自家出,前者酸酸地有好香玫瑰味,後者甜甜哋清香既菊花味。今次保留牛骨清湯6牛肉之餘,仲試下酸菜煮烏冬,酸辣麻~稻庭烏冬口感唔會太淋,煮得剛好時帶啲彈性。係酸菜果邊滾完自帶酸辣味,加啲芫茜蔥蒜變左惹味撈面啦。四款牛之中,牛上肋第一名,雪花分明,咬落肥瘦比例剛好,嫩口多汁,牛味濃郁。新野澳洲和牛-牛胸肉,牛味冇咁濃郁但淋滑。吊龍伴,白色部分似係肋位,有啲咬落爽爽地,牛肉味濃。牛駝峰肉嫩油香,都算出色。當然唔少得用黎索油既油麥菜啦,成個盆栽咁幾得意,份量都算多又新鮮~埋單兩個女仔每人$200,又飽又滿足到食牛既慾望,傾足成晚!
