餐廳:牛匠石燒地點:尖沙咀金馬倫道菜式:日本烤肉店,主打石燒牛,即係用熱石黎燒牛。餐牌:星期日都有午市套餐,有23款,好多選擇,豐儉由人。可以跟餐加小食或者飲品。落單用QR code。鹽蔥牛舌伴牛五花定食 $108 另加一牛舌有四圓片,而牛五花就有三大片。牛舌都好腍,唔會太韌。牛五花就更加好味,又腍又多汁,牛味又濃,唔洗點汁都好味,唔算太肥。嚴選封門柳伴一口牛定食 $108 另加一一口牛同封門柳各四件同四片。嚴選封門柳係圓片,都好腍又多汁。一口牛有咬口,牛味都唔錯。等服務員先加酒精,然後等兩分鐘就加牛脂係張牛油紙上面,之後就可以自己動手燒。石燒好處係無油煙,較網燒健康,不過會比較慢少少,適合慢慢燒慢慢食。枱上面仲有一次性圍裙比我地。兩份定食牛肉都伴有椰菜絲沙律,大菇半隻同車厘茄半粒。大菇可以燒到脆皮,好香菇味,正。附上牛脂。定食包雜菜沙律同車厘茄加胡麻醬,麵豉湯(入面有豆腐,昆布同蔥花),同熱白飯一大碗。更附有兩款醬汁,我鍾意惹味而鹹度適中既蒜香芝麻醬。加左兩款小食。和風脆豆腐 跟餐加$18 另加一和風脆豆腐一大件切開兩邊好易食。豆腐炸得脆皮而入面嫩滑,面頭灑上木魚花,白芝麻粒同蔥花。

雪芝茉莉蜂蜜用膠杯上。色水呈淡黃色,味道唔會太甜,帶少少苦,芝士奶蓋唔少。記得撈好芝士奶蓋一齊飲就正啦,又滑又香,完全唔覺苦,芝士味同茶味好夾。

草莓乳酸都係用膠杯上,入面有新鮮士多啤梨,飲品氣量適當,甜度適中。好解渴。
食物質素都唔錯,座位舒適,有私隱度,今餐都好滿足,而價錢並唔貴。
