板神最近既感謝祭menu十四品$398起,價錢上的確係頗吸引,所以趁生日都黎左一試🤗餐廳都幾大,間咗幾個唔同嘅區有私人包廂、海景位、omakase sushi bar,我地就被安排左去一間樓底好高嘅暗黑房,頗有空間感,當日廚師大概係1對4位客人😌厚燒澳洲和牛套餐($548/位)📌前菜 有沙律🥗同水雲,後者爽口得黎又黏又滑身,加左少少薑夠開胃😋📌三款刺身 帆立貝、油甘魚、赤身,🐟刺身都切得偏薄,無咩鮮味同口感🤔📌南非鮑魚夠爽口同彈牙👍🏻而且都算幾大隻😆📌大蝦配上蝦膏汁煎得夠哂香🤩📌鵝肝好厚身🤣而且配埋個包可以當mini burger咁食😚油脂感重,食完會念念不忘🤗📌季節野菜當日有粟米仔、紅椒、翠肉瓜同菇📌厚燒澳洲和牛重點既澳洲和牛會切粒上🥰每一粒都會見到入面呈半粉紅,煎得剛好接近medium😋每一粒放入口都感受到嗰種油份係口入面浪浪下🥹絕對有被驚艷到‼️最後仲有味噌湯、炒飯、漬物,同埋板神招牌焦糖多士🍞多士用牛油🧈煎香後加上滿滿既糖令一層脆焦糖皮形成😆又甜又脆🤩最後仲有甜品/咖啡,Momo同Boo飽肚度同滿足感都爆燈💯🤰🏻🫃🏻
