同媽咪一齊去咗尖沙咀嘅,主打採用日本食材同進口水產,一去到已經好似去咗日本漁場一樣。我哋食咗以下:平目刺身平目魚好新鮮,肉質鮮嫩,魚味較淡,點特製酸汁,加上辣紅蘿蔔蓉,提升鮮甜味,幾好味😋蚧味噌甲羅燒用松葉蟹殻裝住膏、蟹籽、蟹肉,蟹膏好香,加埋鵪鶉蛋好滑職員幫你一邊拌一邊燒,熱辣辣,好正👍🏻雲丹刺身即係海膽,好鮮甜,唔使點豉油都好好味。東瀛五點盛五款刺身有帶子、三文魚、有頭甜蝦、吞拿魚、油甘魚,全部都好新鮮,點少少豉油已經好鮮甜好好味。鮟鱇魚肝香綿軟滑,完全唔腥,唔點酸汁就咁食都唔覺油膩,有回甘。點埋酸汁更可口,魚肝香味更突岀,一個人食晒成碟都唔覺膩。價錢雖然稍貴,但服務不錯,食物質素確係高,滿足晒我同媽咪呢兩個Sashimi Lovers🥰
