香港人最鍾意嘅日式居酒屋南瀛水產係其中一間地點方便就喺尖沙咀一入門口就會見到有個魚缸,養活新鮮海鮮見到象拔蚌刺身做緊promotion下次嚟一定要試雲丹蚧肉卷 包住滿滿嘅蟹肉上面放上海膽同魚子口感豐富,鮮甜蟹肉配上甘香海膽魚子醬將味道提升吉列炸壕 炸得外皮金黃酥脆,內裏鮮嫩juice,搭配特製的醬汁,更添風味。餸酒一流。蚧味噌甲羅燒由蟹肉、蟹膏、蟹籽同鵪鶉蛋組成侍應幫我哋攪勻之後再燒香氣撲鼻燒得剛剛好,每一啖嘅味道都好濃郁可以配搭其他菜式一齊食如果有配餅乾,或多士更好炸雞軟骨 酥脆香口,配上檸檬汁或特製醬汁更惹味鰻魚玉子燒 燒得外層金黃,內裡光滑。鰻魚的鮮美與玉子燒的甜味好夾比普通玉子燒更勝一籌清酒煮蜆 用清酒煮嘅蜆味道清新,蜆肉鮮嫩,仲有淡淡海水味菠蘿燒酎 巨峰燒酎好大杯好清新,酒味唔會太濃海膽杯 擺盤精緻,綿綿細滑既口感帶點甘香有三文魚子、帆立貝同三文魚蓉嘅襯托啖啖都好鮮味牡丹蝦壽司牡丹蝦新鮮又肥美

餐廳最近在做75折優惠,而且更有飲品和雪糕買一送一,吃起來性價比更高,而且環境挺不錯,很有氣氛!海膽杯(168元)上面兩大塊的海膽,底下是大量的吞拿魚蓉,配上三文魚籽。海膽非常鮮甜,魚蓉綿綿滑滑的帶點油香,魚籽入口爆汁!三文魚刺身(78元)雖然不是魚腩部份,但油脂線也挺不錯,入口嫩滑,三文魚味足。帆立貝刺身(88元)入口非常鮮甜,口感嫩滑。三文魚卷(138元)這個有點像花之戀的感覺,不過是簡單版!加了沙律醬後,整體口感帶點酸甜滑嫩。花魚一夜干(188元)魚挺大條的,而且肉厚,燒得剛剛好,魚肉結實,單吃會帶點鹹香,沾醬汁會多一份酸甜味,會突出魚香一點。蟹味噌甲羅燒(78元)這裡吃起來不會太鹹,蟹膏味挺濃香,有蟹籽一粒粒的口感。香蒜牛舌(98元)牛舌是厚切的,應該是燉煮完再烤了一下,再配上炸蒜的,口感特別軟嫩,有蒜香。燒明太子(98元)明太子本身鹹香,燒到半熟後,味道更香濃,但又有滑滑的口感,配上青瓜一起別會清爽一點。唐揚炸雞(88元)挺有驚喜的炸雞,跟平常的完全不一樣,很大的一件,炸得外脆,內裡特別多汁!牛肉烏冬(98元)用的是鰹魚湯,味道比較清淡,牛肉剛剛好熟,挺嫩的,烏冬是比較幼的,
