酒吧街等咗咁耐終於重開,當然要約埋同事放工去HAPPY HOUR啦順便喺附近醫下肚。近期做緊廣島牡蠣期間限定,就同同事各點咗一份SHARE。廣島牡蠣漬醬油拉麵。拉麵配料有4大隻輕輕炙燒又飽滿嘅廣島蠔,仲有菠菜同蔥白。湯底偏淡口更突出廣島蠔嘅鮮味。而幼麵ORDER咗硬身麵都煮到剛好,浸耐咗湯都唔會易發脹。整體味道清爽,食完都唔覺油膩。廣島牡蠣漬薑汁石鍋釜飯。釜飯上枱時滋滋作響,就知鑊氣十足。同樣有4隻飽滿嘅廣島蠔,而且有大量蔥花同生蛋黃配搭,飯入面仲有啲香菇碎所以個飯味道同香氣都好豐富。食時將生蛋黃撈均除咗增加濕潤度之餘,亦令味道更加提升。廣島蠔熟到啱啱好,配飯一流。照燒餃子水準都唔錯,唔會太乾,餃子皮嘅邊角位都煎得香口,配上咸酸餃子汁零舍開胃。沙律唐揚炸雞。大大粒而又炸得外脆內嫩唔油膩。酸甜沙律醬令炸雞大大減低咗炸雞嘅罪惡感。飽餐一頓之後就正式開始HAPPY HOUR之旅。
