今日下午我們喺灣仔附近做完嘢之後去咗利東街諗著搵吓有咩食?行行吓見到有間之前喺朗豪坊食過覺得幾好嘅「Passion by Gerard Dubois」,所以我就入咗去食下午茶!我們叫咗忌廉粟米湯相當香濃,濃稠度亦恰到好處,唔會過稠或過稀!巴馬火腿凱撒沙律嘅沙律菜非常清甜爽脆,而且超新鮮,而巴馬火腿好軟滑薄身,味道亦好芳香濃郁,而且份量相當多,真係好足料抵食呀!印式烤鷄芝士蛋係我們喺餐牌點餐嗰陣見到係新推出嘅,而且覺得幾特別,所以就叫咗嚟食,一上碟嗰陣見到實物同原圖一樣,餡餅焗得好香氣撲鼻,而且相當脆身,一切落去就感覺到超脆卜卜,至於餡料方面舖面就有隻煎蛋同烤鷄肉,而餅入面就有香甜嘅洋蔥,仲有芝士等等等等⋯⋯質感好軟熟,令到食落嘅質次感相當豐富!手撕豬肉全麥玉米薄餅係用咗玉米粉嚟做餅底,所以會比平日食開嗰啲更加薄脆鬆化,而且唔會好乾身,芝士嘅質感好軟滑香口,舖面嘅手撕豬肉肉質都幾鬆軟!
