今日約朋友走去尖沙咀名店牛魔 Yakiniku More晚餐。這次是第二次同朋友去,印象依然咁深刻。我地揀咗二人餐單,美國prime醬油牛肋骨 $198厚切豚肉五花腩 $130香蔥牛舌 $85一客櫻花餃子 $65日式炒烏冬 $65柑橘soda特飲,鳳梨soda特飲。。。其中美國prime醬油牛肋骨份量十足,一人一大卷厚厚的見到就心動,剛好人客未full,所以廚師有時間好有心機咁介紹點樣烹調先夠火候。我們都虛心學習,邊看邊試試如何點鹽跟醬汁配搭肉食。餃子醬油配搭櫻花餃子,入口彈牙多汁,上面好多紅海蝦乾包圍住餃子,幸福感滿滿的啊!各款肉類份量很豐富,夠食又不太油膩,燒烤爐剛好把過多的肉油擠出,留下一陣甘香的油封住肉汁吖!五花腩豚肉燒8成熟味道最佳最安心,油脂豐富,又香又彈。豚肉五花燒到兩邊上下香噴噴,適合加鹽用生菜夾住一次品嘗牛肉就6成剛剛好,廚師教路可以拆筋肉出來獨立處理,非常細心。牛舌薄片稍微烤一兩分鐘。大火烤到少脆,入口又濃又香。最後埋單是一大驚喜,竟然300蚊也不用,完全收貨啦!
