2020年因受疫情困擾,今年嘅生月活動及東瀛遊計劃都被取消哂得七七八八,小表弟從英國回港辦理簽證手續後好快又要返去升學,唔知幾時再見,所以一得閒即相約小肥表哥一嚐「寿々乃」嘅廚師發辦晚餐,仲話襯返店名中兩個「壽」字,一次過補壽兼預壽,勁有心!步出升降機門,已見和式木造嘅門面閃出金光,眼前一亮。話明係黎食壽司就當然要訂定壽司吧啦!可容納十二人嘅壽司吧由三位師傅掌舵,每組食客都有塊膠板隔開,衛生又合法。吧位除咗包圍住開放式壽司廚房之外,同時亦圍繞著擺放海鮮食材嘅透明玻璃雪櫃,方便師傅展示新鮮魚材嘅真身。店內其餘嘅散座都隔得好開,相信最舒適闊落就係拍牆嘅卡位。埋位即有熱茶飲,不過酒鬼慶生就梗係要飲返兩杯!酒牌共有兩頁之多。店子設下之開瓶費為$200一樽720ml及$500一樽1.8L,每幫襯一枝則可免一枝開瓶費。為怕表弟過份破費,當晚就慢慢地咁飲三得利生啤($88/杯)。晚市共有兩款$1,280/位及$1,580/位嘅「廚師發辦」套餐,均包有季節前菜五點盛、季節清湯、時令刺身、季節和食料理二道、壽司、麵豉湯、精選甜品,兩者分別在於刺身及壽司嘅件數。如果客人有特別要求或食物敏感問題,師傅都會因
