話說我咁大個女都冇食過Omasake.今次一食就食左3個鐘,真係長知識了。師傅好好人,一開始就好自然咁同我傾計,介紹唔同既食物,一路係咁食,係咁吹水,聽佢講唔同地方既見聞、食材等,好正!一直以為Omasake以刺身為主,原來唔一定。粟子用左特別既方法處理,色澤好靚,好甘甜。呢個賣相相當豪華。岩新年食!蜆肉超鮮甜,汁係係日本既海水,我飲晒! 菇味好重,正!濃郁既湯!好正既炸白蝦,蝦肉剔透晶瑩。白蝦刺身鮮甜,完全高level過甜蝦好多。勁多條,太豪華了吧!鯛魚,加埋青檸好正!唔加又係另一種味道。呢件壽司有3隻蝦,哈哈哈!飯既比例唔多,有空間食多d野!但飯都好好飯架!味噌湯,好的識!好好飲!白炸蝦丸,好大粒,好多蝦肉,彈牙鮮甜!今餐食到白蝦3種食法,大滿足!海膽份量勁多,而且1d都唔腥。好大條既八爪魚呀!食到好脆既八爪魚吸盤同埋八爪魚。可以放d wasabi係吸盤裡面,幾種食法。勁大粒既帶子,新鮮!師傅話佢地逐粒挑選出來,有少少飯係個底,超好食!一d都唔腥,仲好甜。甜品係柿同埋南瓜cake! 柿一d都冇渣!同個cake好夾。睇住師傳每個步驟都好一絲不苟,真係好享受。呢個價錢一d都唔貴!同埋位置好方便,係銅鑼灣附近,值得推介。 continue reading

之前同朋友慶祝生日已經食過一次,當時已經覺得好滿意,要搵一日encore,再食依然係覺得好值得鄧師傅為人健談,亦有20幾年經驗,每上一件壽司都會詳細介紹,獲益良多。因為個人比較鐘意食壽司多啲,所以都係叫左$680 既 set當日既食物次序如下:前菜平目平目緣則 (魚味爽口,越咬愈有味)縞鰺金目鯛關鯖 (25%脂肪比,充滿油香,當日最愛)炸白蝦白蝦新秋刀新墨魚石垣貝 (鮮甜爽口)白蝦丸甘海老 中拖大拖 (師傅用鹽減低油感)赤身醬油漬北海道海膽手卷食晒咁多件已經好飽,仲可以揀烏冬或者麵豉湯,仲有咖啡或者果汁,十分飽足。而且鋪頭只做一轉,唔會食到好趕,當日食咗足足2個半鐘! continue reading

是日午餐:我家主人食主廚推薦「廚師發辦」,我就食雜錦天婦羅定食(我唔食生既所以只能點定食),如果有火炙壽司定食就更好啦!咁先介紹我家主人食的廚師發辦包含的菜式先,首先上三款前菜,跟住就上平目魚刺身、一壺海鮮清湯、鰝鰺刺身、關鯖魚刺身、八爪魚肉及吸盤刺身、青森縣帆立貝刺身、白蝦蝦丸、手握壽司(五貫)有大拖羅、金目鯛、赤貝、甜蝦(塊大葉遮住左😂,好大隻嫁)及馬糞海膽,最後就係烏冬及熱咖啡!我家主人表示整體質素滿意!跟住就介紹下我食的雜錦天婦羅定食,同樣都有三款一樣的前菜,天婦羅既炸漿厚薄適中,唔錯丫,我就揀飲橙汁!午餐都食左兩個幾鐘,悠悠閒閒咁食最正! continue reading

Suzuno 唔算 “預約困難店”, 由於用餐體驗不俗, 午餐不設還枱時限, 加咗入 “我的最愛”, 番食再番食. 今日老友請食飯, 第N訪. 📖 偶然發現 Suzuno 屬於 "9號餐飲集團" ("ix") 旗下餐廳. "9號" 於2018 年成立, 其他餐廳包括 nathanhouse, 杦 (Ficus), 杣  (Yashima) 等等.🥰 今訪坐L型壽司吧枱嘅角位, 鄧師傅一打九. 點咗12貫壽司套餐, $680+10%. 此前寫過食評, 今日簡單記錄.🍀 前菜: 水菜沙律, 昆布煮, 蒸蛋.🍣 櫻鯛. 魚味略淡. 調味嘅蔥同辣蘿蔔完勝!縞鰺. 魚肉結實肥美.金目鯛. 今日竟然影漏相!間八. Ok. 白蝦. 今次鮮味番來了.炸白蝦. 諗起 “皇太后”.關鯖. 有一半魚料嘅口感係唔同嘅, 冇咁結實.水八爪魚. 睇好過食.甘海老. 好大隻, 鮮甜.池魚. 正常.平貝. 上次食唔到, 今日補番. 口感似帶子, 更爽身.海老真丈. 香口, 彈牙, 冇得輸!大拖羅. 正常發揮.吞拿魚醬油漬. 一如預期咁好食.吞拿魚茸手卷. 不俗. 玉子燒. 正常.🥣 麵豉湯. 夠熱已經贏咗一半.☕️ 熱咖啡.
