呢間居酒屋有好多精緻嘅日本料理,我食咗好多款推介菜式,大佬我真係好鐘意帶子,叫左個帶子刺身同三文魚刺身,帶子刺身新鮮彈牙,鮮味十足,好正。仲嗌左個火炙黑松露帶子壽司,結合咗黑松露同帶子,黑松露嘅香氣與帶子嘅鮮甜完美結合,令人難以抗拒。鵝肝壽司都好正,鵝肝配上壽司飯,入口即化,帶來絕佳嘅享受,而且係飽肚之選。牛油果軟殼蟹卷結合咗牛油果同脆口嘅軟殼蟹,味道鮮美,口感豐富。如果你鍾意火炙壽司,定要試下三色火炙卷。三色火炙卷內有帶子、三文魚同吞拿魚,三款魚生合而為一,火炙後散發出誘人嘅香氣,再加上啲沙律醬,好食並邪惡到爆。明太子雞翼得酥脆,外脆內嫩,最鍾意呢啲無骨嘅雞翼㗎喇!
