作為榴槤控嘅我,就係衝住個榴槤雞煲而來!榴槤呢樣重口味嘅嘢,當然要約埋重口味嘅朋友一齊去食啦。個雞煲望落顏色有啲似芝士鍋,攪兩吓真係見到有一舊舊煮到半渦嘅榴槤肉!真係急不及待要試下。雞肉好嫩滑,無乜雪藏味。榴槤味無預期中濃烈,但係雞肉就渗出淡淡嘅榴槤香氣,味道偏向清甜嗰種。或者唔太好榴槤嘅都可能接受到!我地就叫咗香辣味,食得再辣嘅可以叫麻辣味。海鱸魚都幾大條,燒過嘅魚皮特別香口惹味。魚肉都幾嫩滑,辣味愈食愈有,不過又唔會遮蓋咗魚嘅鮮味。
