呢個星期食咗兩次,一次星期四,一次星期日。星期四嗰次真係煮得好,剛剛熟係最好味,而且有股香氣,係舊時酒家大厨嘅風味,好正,完全冇辜負到D海鲜。椒鹽瀨尿蝦 又香又鲜, 熱辣辣香噴噴 同炒嘅碎料又惹味。青島鮑魚 大大隻 好味,唔似大連鲍咁淋 有D似南非鮑。蒜蓉粉絲蒸大蟶子蒸得剛剛好,滿口蟶子鲜甜,又易咬。白灼花螺,可以食到花螺原味,點甜醬食已經好好味。鹽焗奄仔蟹,焗得乾身熱辣辣。 不過我個人鍾意食肉蟹或者膏蟹多啲。但個海鲜濃魚湯就真係唔得, 一D都唔濃,又淨係得幾粒菜飄下飄下🤪是次外來海鲜$1120, 加工費$400。星期日再食,煮得都Ok嘅,但同上次有距離,都好嘅,但唔係好好嗰種。呢次要一提嘅係炸生蠔,買咗一條裝嘅流浮山生蠔,淡而冇味,係完全冇蠔味,唔知係蠔嘅問題定出水過龍嘅問題。呢次買咗大蟶子,花螺, 重皮蟹,大扇貝,生蠔,海蝦。海鮮來料$960,加工费$560。
