灣仔生記飯店係我定期要回味嘅餐廳之一,位置方便,有時即慶約朋友都唔駛咁難就地點。今日就一行三人又嚟翻尋味,嚟到大廈門口仍然放住米芝蓮推介嘅招牌今次星期五去到仍然好多客人,好彩仲有張檯但就要上二樓。今晚嚟到原本諗住一定叫焗魚腸,次次嚟都必食,但今次竟然話要預訂先有,有啲失望,咁唯有試吓新嘢啦。我哋叫咗份前菜炸魚皮、生炒骨、椒鹽鮮魷同豆鼓雞。炸魚皮(4/5)魚皮炸到好脆口,甚至有啲硬,但非常香口,送酒一流。生炒骨(4/5)平時食開咕嚕肉,亦都係生記招牌菜,今次試食生炒骨,認真講句,下次都係叫返咕嚕肉算,味道其實無咩分別,但啲肉質有唔同,啲排骨過咗火喉就有啲韌,都係咕嚕肉用梅頭好食啲椒鹽鮮魷(5/5)老實講,平時嚟生記真係好少食,朋友想叫啲炸嘢送酒就叫咗,估唔到炸得咁酥香,炸粉薄薄哋唔會成口脆漿,非常好味豆豉雞(5/5)平時炸子雞已經攞滿分💯,點知今日俾個侍應說一說叫咗豆豉雞簡直係一個昇華,雞肉油爆得啱啱好,雞肉非常滑身,豆豉味好出,下次嚟一定要再叫

生炒骨(4/5)
平時食開咕嚕肉,亦都係生記招牌菜,今次試食生炒骨,認真講句,下次都係叫返咕嚕肉算,味道其實無咩分別,但啲肉質有唔同,啲排骨過咗火喉就有啲韌,都係咕嚕肉用梅頭好食啲

平時炸子雞已經攞滿分💯,點知今日俾個侍應說一說叫咗豆豉雞簡直係一個昇華,雞肉油爆得啱啱好,雞肉非常滑身,豆豉味好出,下次嚟一定要再叫
