朋友月底生日諗住揀返件似樣啲嘅禮物送俾佢,所以趁放假過左去海港城睇銀包款式兼食晏。行左成朝腳都斷就揀左黎呢度,因為無咁多遊客可以靜少少食個晏。雖然位處尖沙咀,但午飯定價唔算好貴見SET LUNCH都幾抵就揀左佢嘅二人前套餐。前菜係涮涮牛肉沙律及三款漬物:北寄貝/螺肉/菠菜。涮牛肉簡單配以芝麻醬及沙律菜味道醒胃,牛肉香亦令人食指大動。而北寄貝同螺肉都係甜甜酸酸嘅冷盤,配上脆爽菠菜正式喚醒胃部開始工作。之得係刺身四點:三文魚/油甘魚/甜蝦/帶子。三文魚厚切肥美,入口油脂溶化嘅感覺真係百吃不厭。而油甘魚油脂更甚加上肉質更結實,食落再多一層享受。帶子及甜蝦鮮甜爽口,沾上少許醬油更能帶出其中嘅甘甜。不得不提呢度所採用嘅山葵入口除左有清爽嘅辛辣味之外更帶有些許蔗糖甜味,絕非普通貨色。雖然每款刺身只有兩件但午餐食到咁鮮美嘅質素,乜都抵返晒啦。主食揀左係橙薑汁蒜片烤牛排。配菜除左蒜片仲有鴻喜菇/紫薯脆片及鮮菊花瓣作伴。一方面增加賣相口感之外,亦可以平衡牛排本身嘅油重感。牛排大約七成熟但仍軟嫰無’’鞋口’’感覺,係橙薑汁配合下十分惹味。簡單以一片牛肉伴上一口白飯嘅個簡單組合以令人欲罷不能,如果再打上一隻
