打邊爐一向是港人的至愛菜式之一,由高級火鍋店,以至任食火鍋放題,都不難見到人頭湧湧,座無虛席的場面。近日筆者在觀塘發現了一間平價火鍋任食放題,最平只需$84便可90分鐘內任食各樣食材,除了牛肉之外。不要以為因為這個價錢,餐廳用料便馬馬虎虎,這餐廳老闆十分注重食物的品質,所提供的食品如雞隻和木瓜等,都是來自自家的農場,而這裡有個主打的鍋底 ------ 椰子黃金雞木瓜湯底就是採用了這兩種自家食材,加上專誠由印尼運來的椰青水熬制而成,完完全全體現出店主那份對食材的堅持和熱誠。餐廳位處於觀塘宏利金融中心,離地鐵站相對較遠一點,需要大約十五分鐘腳程左右,雖然是這樣,筆者當晚去到仍然見到座無虛席,門口還大排長龍。餐廳佔地頗大,在近門口位置已見到放滿食材的Buffet區,內裡有卡座亦有圓枱,環境尚算舒適整潔,一入餐廳已聞到陣陣清香的椰子味,目測差不多每枱也見到這個椰子黃金雞招牌 湯底的蹤影,受歡迎的程度實在令人驚訝。這店除了$84任食火鍋放題之外,其實還分有$128,$168 ,$238和$298幾個不同的價錢,主要分別在於包有不同種類質素的牛肉,而筆者當晚就選了$168元的火鍋放題,可以任食海產
