經同事介紹今日去銅鑼灣試新餐廳 主打多元化既 Omakase 首先係四味精緻前菜之海老,黑豆太刀魚,漬魷魚 , 松葉蟹賣相相當吸引之後由熱湯開始柚子愛女魚豆腐湯入口清甜啲豆腐好滑~跟住係至愛sashimi ~紫蘇花䲞魚刺生, 配紫蘇葉。口感好煙韌, 完全無根拖羅:好新鮮!肥美~魚油香味好重!入口即溶,配海鹽食好夾縞鰺魚剌生:比其他魚刺生有更重的鮮味之後到熟食,有炸白蝦,香口鬆脆跟住係海膽茶碗蒸旦海膽好鮮甜,燒香魚有點甘苦嘅味道比較多骨,但係吞左都唔驚嘅..熟食之中我最鍾意昆布鮑魚! 口感好煙韌再加埋用鮑魚做嘅source , perfect match!最後仲有壽司同甜品~~ 我哋個個食得好飽啊
