黎到Q4 10月尾,平時忙到7彩既朋友終於俾我捉到出黎食餐飯!雖然黎希雲街都食過幾次,但呢間Bilibala真係第一次留意到,除左黑媽媽既酒吧式裝修令佢好神秘外,個店名特別得黎又唔會一下子‘get'到:'bilibala'適合放工一族黎邊食邊飲邊吹水,而原來'yakitori'係解“日式烤雞串(焼き鳥)”;綜合起黎就係居酒屋!黎得居酒屋梗係要飲少少酒啦,呢度既酒水menu有自家創既日式cocktail, 將平時見到既cocktail加入燒酒/清酒/柚子等’日式‘既元素,第一步就order左個“Yuzu World"試下~*Yuzu World: 酸酸甜甜帶點燒酒味同柚子味,仲用左波波冰,整個包裝係西式cocktail但又帶有日式味道,幾特別!酒’醒‘一‘醒’後,就開始瘋狂叫野食*黑松露蕃茄:份量俾想像中多,蕃茄係生的,但非常新鮮同好甜;黑松露俾得好慷慨,鮮甜配香濃,再淋上少少柚子醋,出奇地夾但小妹既敏感牙齒對太凍既食物咬唔落,所以如果無咁”冰“既話會食得開懷D~*燒年糕:芝士年糕放題就食得多,但9成9都係炸既;呢個燒既版本唔會有一層油炸粉,而係軟綿綿既表面;換種煮法原來都幾好味。*燒銀

另外仲試左比較常見既款式,燒豆腐有D似臭豆腐既質地(但唔係臭架!),豆卜咁既外層,中間空氣感較重,燒出黎既味道剛剛好唔會太咸; 燒牛舌/豬肉露筍卷都係above average既質素,熱得黎唔會燒過火,保持到肉汁。

*燒雞肉棒:本來雞肉棒唔係我喜好,因為通常係免治雞肉去整,中間會好多雞軟骨,有硬有軟咁我本人就麻麻地。但呢間講到明係Yakitori,就俾面試一試!果然呢度既雞肉棒免治得黎攪得好碎,唔會有果種參差不齊既口感;而佢既味道本身已夠燒汁味,但配埋醬油蛋黃更加滑,食完已經好滿足~

高質既燒物,絕對不限於Yakitori!!! 雖然價錢偏言,但可以試咁多款同好氣氛,都係唔錯既選擇!

話說燒玉子(唔記得影相)一如竟往無令人失望,我地坐窗邊(open window)食得津津入味到吸引左個法國婆婆過黎!佢隔住個窗框問我地食緊乜,係咩黎,我地吹左陣水佢仲話下次會黎試!
