To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早前與朋友試過香港某間貴價日式燒肉方題,非常失望,300幾每位價錢與食質素相差太大
但今次食牛角的一餐,食得好滿足,果然散點好過放題
價格與食物質素相等,服務也相當不錯
先講食物,燒肉專門店,我們落左一個燒肉拼盤,已基本齊晒店內的牛,豬,雞肉類,牛舌,另外再加了碟和牛
各牛肋肉,上肉,肩肉,一口牛,牛舌,腩肉,頸肉等。。。
都新鮮,係日式鮮肉,不會有太濃醬汁蓋過,加生菜包埋食,超級好食配搭,不膩,
推介食豬腩肉,牛肩肉,口感滑,爽,陣陣烤肉香極回味,配飯美味
可惜係和牛,牛舌太薄身,肉是滑的,但燒完之後唔見食,唔夠肉汁
海鮮我們就沒有有叫,所以評唔到
最後到甜品,推介雪糕銅鑼燒回味,要烤到有網紋,外皮脆暖暖,內心冰凍雪糕,有少少紅豆,正!
感覺滿意服務是會幫手換左個烤肉網,再用新烤網烤我既甜品雪糕銅鑼燒,值得讚

就係因為佢呢句,搞到我都好想去牛角試下…
但試真係要付出代價… 想唔駛等?book lunch去到3月,book dinner去到5月,

我個friend 6:03pm到,拎左張A10既飛,就等到7:45pm先有得入。
入到去發現原來都幾大,坐得都好舒服,因為佢d位唔逼~ 先黎前菜,其實我係想叫佢另一款豆腐,唔辣同有隻溫泉蛋o係上面,
但待應同經理三番四次同我講話呢個辣油豆腐唔辣,
但佢辣唔辣都好,我都唔係想食呢個,而且辣油加豆腐係唔好味的…
燒肉系列 佢d燒肉係細份d既,得5片左右…
但d醬汁同醃料做得幾好味~
大家食既時候記得要試佢既三款調味,
分別係甜醬油,魔法鹽同辣油,
每一啖都點唔同既醬,都會有不同既味道!
三隻醬同d燒肉都好夾~~ 齋食肉飽既話都唔知要食成幾多錢…
所以嗌左個飯同拉麵,
拉麵佢用石頭鍋裝住,d湯超快乾哂! no good…
甜品系列 咁樣食雪糕都係第一次,黃米粉+黑糖+雪糕既組位不錯,
如果加幾粒小丸子會更好~ 銅鑼燒係真係要燒下佢啦~
待應會幫你換個燒烤網,記得一定要燒,
燒完之後個外皮會變脆,
入面係紅豆再包住雪糕,所以唔駛怕雪糕會溶,
燒到有網紋就o岩o岩好喇~
整體黎講我覺得不錯啦,
有時間的話都值得等既,
因為質素ok價錢又ok~
值得plan beforehand book位幫趁!
