厚切並界上十字花,一夾起就感受到其份量。這個在韓燒店叫做牛五花、位於胸部到腹部的部位,肉質結實,口感軟嫩帶有嚼勁,還有恰到好處的油脂,牛味濃郁。燒到7成熟再待一會兒就見到肉汁緩緩滲出,啖啖肉加上燒汁調味,無可挑剔。+$25要個生菜Set,加點泡菜,味道層次更豐富,又可以Balance太Meaty的邪惡感。
