疫情關係不能外遊是你我的心聲,望梅止渴唯有對自己的嘴巴好一點,今次就扮去潮州。這家的粿非常有名,我們一邊坐著吃著,來買粿的人絡繹不絕,由於供不應求,粿還未蒸熟,有些客人要坐定定耐心等待。我們點了兩咸粿三甜粿,另外再點了水瓜烙及家鄉炒麵線,原本想再點蠔餅,幸好老闆出手阻止,他說吃完再點,因為我們真的點了很多,而且全都是飽肚的,可能吃不完。即場食的粿可煎可不煎,不過我覺得煎的粿更香更好味,不過卻很多油,兩款咸的粿分別是韭菜和荀,據說荀粿是季節限定,粿內的餡料很爽很好味,值得一試。炒麵線很乾身,比想像中少油,不錯。水瓜烙在外邊比較少地方有得吃,水瓜配上薯粉,爽口好食,不過卻是最多油的一碟。最後再點了清心丸白果綠豆爽劃上完美句號,成功地扮演自己在潮州吃喝玩樂。
