第2次黎長沙灣嘅雪山冰廳,之前黎食下午茶,今次就試下佢嘅晚飯小菜,冇黎一排,原來重新裝修咗夜晚8點入座都幾多人,見到好多人都食原條蒸魚,不過我唔食魚,所以揀其他小菜。餐牌有好多選擇,除咗小菜,下午茶餐嘅炸雞脾、西多都有,而我最後揀咗二人餐,因為跟埋兩盅燉湯同兩個飯,比夠抵食🌟姬松茸燉赤肉燉湯幾足料,有幾舊松茸菇同赤肉,仲有隻雞腳。湯幾清甜,個燉盅仲好保溫,食完飯飲都仲暖🌟招牌霸王雞(半隻)隻雞幾嫩滑,肉質幾淋,雞皮薄而唔算肥,所以都食得,而薑蔥同芫茜份量啱啱好,個醬油亦好香,呢個招牌菜果然值得試🌟咖哩彩椒牛魔王煲上枱時新鮮滾熱辣,咖喱汁偏甜,味道唔辣,入面有牛根、牛腩、牛仔骨同滑牛肉,仲有三色椒同薯仔。啲牛肉醃得幾淋幾入味,沾滿咖哩汁幾啱送飯食我同朋友仲加咗錢叫特飲,飲咗紅豆冰同雜果賓治,食完超級飽
