好少去西灣河食野之前成日聽太安樓同蘇豪東多野食,今日同個朋友黎到西灣河試下呢間埠先間埠係馬頭隔離,真係無人帶去都無留意,又睇唔到入面,好神秘咁先叫左個煙薰鮭魚乾。呢個用黎送酒就very good喇食落好香魚味,有咬口,停唔到口叫左好多串燒呀!佢仲拎左海澡鹽俾我地自己調味,不過其實廚司已經調左味,可能前排節食食得好淡,依家食野唔使太重口味,所以我都無用到。嘩好認真!用左個爐慶住啲串燒,個爐只係用啲燒熱左嘅石,所以唔會overheat改變食物熟透度,好細心喎燒雞皮燒得岩岩好,唔會太燶,脆脆地好香口燒牛舌都好好味咖,少少彈牙爽口,用左少少調味就帶出牛舌嘅香味燒白鱔都唔錯咖魚係要燒先出香味,特別係個魚皮,少少燒焦,超香雞腎切得好細粒,好搞笑呢個蔥蒜牛肉最好味調味十分好,蔥蒜平衡,仲有醬汁,牛味被充份襯托出,好有層次美國安格斯肉眼厚身,都好好味咖呢個啤酒比一般生啤好飲!最後驚唔夠飽,食埋個鍋燒烏冬。入面有塊大腐皮,湯底好清新,似係鰹魚湯底。呢間埠真係幾好咖,好多細節位做得好認真,好有日本人一絲不苟嘅敬業樂業嘅態度,加油呀
