又系放班吃餐飽的時候,與家人最鍾意去涮火鍋的,今天早左放班,可以早些吃晚餐,早消化和不用人多擠迫。好耐沒有去荃灣一鍋堂,家人說好掛住花膠,所以便去涮涮吧。一鍋堂出名有厚厚的花膠,可以任點任食,真的滋補養顏,並且湯底都有不同口味,可以選擇,有養生的,有香辣刺激的等等。我們點了沙參玉竹鯊魚骨湯底,有滋陰潤燥功效。食物方面,真的好豐富,新鮮美味,海鮮種類也很多,如脆鯇骨腩,鯇魚片,次次都食好多,因為肉質爽脆,啖啖肉,食得好過癮。鱔片,魚香滑溜,抵食之選。聖子仔,好新鮮,細細仔,一焯就熟,滋味無窮。生猛海蝦,好大隻,厚肉味道鮮甜。帆立貝,魷魚,打邊爐必食。美國肩胛肉眼,肉質好滑,有牛肉味,同雪花肥牛比較,真的不同層次。新鮮田雞,好少火鍋店有得食,肉質細嫩,滋補有益。吃飽海鮮和牛肉後,還要吃些蔬菜和丸類,如魚腐,墨魚滑,蟹棒,超甜粟米,秀珍菇,通菜,油麥菜等等。女士至愛,雪糕乳酪,更加走不開。只是百多元,就可以吃到飽,抵食抵食。
