春節期間在牧師家裡團拜之後,與一眾教友到了陳根記食好西。店之名物手撕雞,果真夠滑,混有火腿絲,麻香爽滑,作為前菜一絕!炆得腍糯的藥膳雞腳透出陣陣藥材味料,食後感竟是清而不膩的。燒鵝肉不實,但咸了些,未算太好,不試亦未為損失。齋腐皮卷包含椰菜、菇、蘿蔔、西芥各種絲,應有盡有,炸得通透,中間爽口,必試項目。吃大排檔追求的就是小炒,這味生炒骨確實做到鳥。鑊氣夠,酥脆的肉加上酸酸甜甜的芡汁,吃到人心花怒放!香港的大排檔買少見少,絕對追捧。
