之前係文華東方staycation過,覺得d嘢食ok,今次個friend話試下佢個Sunday Brunch,就二話不說應承咗啦!Clipper Lounge嘅Sunday Brunch其實唔難book,因為決定食嘅時候原來大家都要一個月之後先得閒,日子confirm咗就急急腳咁打去book位,基本上都係2個星期後嘅booking都有位!但有一樣嘢要留意嘅係,如果要confirm booking,要每個人頭先落$200 deposit!當日到達餐廳,一如既往咁好招呼咁招呼咗你入去坐,枱與枱之間空間好夠,唔會覺得好迫,傢俬保養得唔錯,以一間咁有歷史嘅酒店入面算係咁!我被安排咗係冷海鮮區嘅前面,攞嘢食超方便!先講講凍海鮮,除咗果d例牌龍蝦,長腳蟹同螺之外,佢仲有剝左殼嘅大蝦,鮑魚,同埋鱈場蟹腳!龍蝦好彈牙,完全冇雪味,鮑魚食落去好鮮味,但鱈場蟹腳就鹹咗啲!除此之外,生蠔就需要搵人order再送過嚟嘅,生蠔好夠凍,好有蠔味同都ok大隻,我鍾意!刺身方面除咗三文魚,吞拿魚果d之外,佢仲有帶子任拎,勁鮮味!湯呢就有2款,一中一西,西湯方面居然係龍蝦湯,見到當然要試下啦,但。。冇咩龍蝦味,不過湯個

湯呢就有2款,一中一西,西湯方面居然係龍蝦湯,見到當然要試下啦,但。。冇咩龍蝦味,不過湯個texture做得好好!

熱盤都有10款左右嘅選擇,有焗三文魚,蒸魚,點心,海南雞飯(個飯勁好食!雞就一般。)燒牛肉同羊架等等!我就試咗個羊架,羊架個味ok嘅,但咁樣暖住d羊架始終口感會差d!我亦都試咗切肉區嘅燒牛肉,雖然塊牛肉望落去好似好熟咁,但佢其實好林,好夠牛味!

冷盤嘅選擇就唔係好多,都係嗰啲撈好咗嘅沙律啊!6款芝士呀!煙三文魚咁!正常水平啦!
到最後甜品啦!文華東方嘅甜品出品不嬲都係好好,今次係Sunday Brunch入面嘅選擇都有好多!除咗必食嘅1963文華芝士餅之外,佢嘅朱古力都好好食!我朋友就起碼食咗10粒,之後過去cake shop望返,佢9粒朱古力都要$290,簡直係回晒本!
