星期一晚到中環接朋友放工,我哋唔想食西餐、又唔太肚餓,於是就去咗一間另一朋友極力推介嘅越南餐廳🇻🇳。餐廳位置非常隱蔽,喺內街入面,行過隨時會Miss咗。雖然同行朋友未食過,但佢都熟路知喺邊😎。我哋晚上8點鐘去到,餐廳有另一枱客人。餐廳環境好細,座位一眼睇哂🙈,我哋坐Bar枱都幾舒服,冷氣十足。餐牌清晰簡約,選擇唔多,所以好快就決定好食乜。好彩我哋早嚟半步,趕得及最後一碗牛河,因為無幾耐就聽到店員喺電話同客講話牛湯賣哂!如果無牛湯,我應該會好失望😜。至尊($98)配金邊粉(+$0),至尊就即係綜合火車頭之類啩🤣。餸料幾多,有牛肉、牛丸、牛𦟌、牛柏葉同扎肉,其中牛柏葉好好食啊🤤。如果想要飽肚感,金邊粉係一個唔錯嘅選擇。湯頭方面,最後嘅🐂牛湯比我哋飲上!牛湯偏深色,味道頗濃郁,且唔油。不過同平日食開嘅唔太同🤔。配料有六種,自行選擇,包括金不換、芽菜、蔥、芫荽、洋蔥同炸蒜。除咗蔥之外,全部我都OK,但芽菜今日無哂;唔知係咪就關舖,洋蔥特別多,有好多圈,正😍。生熟美國頂級牛肉($88)配意大利翠玉瓜麵(+$20),牛肉份量非常多,一啲都唔孤寒,而且夠厚身,唔會碎濕濕,更不乏牛味🐮。由於見🥒翠肉瓜

我唔鍾意食生嘅生菜,但望落呢到幾乾淨,加上朋友用生菜包住豬頸肉食,食得好滋味咁,我又試下。原來包住食成件事真係唔同哂,味道好夾,好鬼正😋。生菜凍凍哋,又夠爽,所以有「冰山」嘅效果?哈哈。

總括嚟講,小店出品嘅Pho同平日食開嘅唔同,幾有特色、幾好味;而小食就非常出色👍。當然差唔多花成百蚊食碗Pho就梗係唔平啦,但舖喺中環無計,加上份量唔算少嘅。餐廳唔使收加一,全店得一位女店員同一個廚,服務都還不錯,有禮貌。
