思「潮」起伏,會默默地睇晒openrice 二百幾個食評,再從中揀出心水菜式,我諗我應該真係恨打冷恨得好緊要🤪🪶 滷水鵝片 (上裝) $310上裝起片,下裝斬件,厚實嘅鵝胸肉,要片得夠薄先會啖啖肉得嚟又唔難咬,跟住傳統智慧(?)去叫,果然冇甩拖🤓🪶 滷水鵝腸 拼 滷水鵝肝 $168 以前香港仲有新鮮鵝腸賣,帶有少少肥膏嘅豉椒鵝腸,嗰種美味,真係絕非依家嗰種爽口得誇張、但味同嚼蠟嘅雪藏鵝腸可比擬😢上網見到呢度嘅鵝腸有肥膏,簡直係眼前一亮,雖然都係太爽口,但充滿油香,算係稍稍拾回一些童年滋味🍭🦪 蠔餅 $80唔知係真係足料定手氣好,少少地夾咗幾箸,每次都夾中蠔粒,炸得透徹香口,連入面綠色嗰啲唔知係蔥定莞茜,都照食不誤😂🐂 大漠牛柳粒 $105大漠喺我心目中幾乎就等於孜然味,冇可能唔叫啦😌 的確好香孜然味,但風頭就被醃牛肉嘅美極味搶走晒,食咗兩粒就冇食了,反而炸過嘅四季豆仲吸引🥲🐚 紫蘇葉煮田螺 $98今晚叫嘅餸,幾乎全部都係openrice食評中常客,唯獨呢個好似出現少於五次🤫 唔使懷疑,絕對係充滿私心、向童年回憶致敬之選🫡雖然味道唔錯,但咁細粒嘅田螺,食起嚟真係幾費時,可一不可再,下次應

落咗豬油嘅芋泥,熱辣辣送上枱,豬油夾雜芋頭味,極香極幼滑,我個人嚟講,絕對樂意再畀錢食❤️
