父母忽然想出去食晚餐,諗起天后有間一出地鐵就到嘅酒樓,中式晚餐一定岩佢哋口味。食中菜點少得燒味做頭盤,叫咗「叉燒併燒腩仔」,燒腩肉皮夠脆,但都唔夠叉燒正!完全估唔到呢度叉燒肉厚而鬆軟,加埋個超香甜嘅蜜汁,令我食到停唔到口!!踏入四月開始轉季,天氣悶熱,一家人叫咗個「海皇燉冬瓜盅」解暑,估唔到份量勁大,材料除咗有冬瓜粒,仲有鮮蝦、蟹柳粒、金華火腿...湯底非常清甜,飲完即時覺得fresh晒!「茄汁海虎蝦」極惹味,廚師將虎蝦外殼炸到脆口,但蝦肉咬落仍然彈牙,配上酸甜茄汁,非常開胃!「乳香藕片鮮魷」南乳味恰到好處,鮮魷藕片兩者都有咬口,唔錯嘅小菜。令我最期待嘅「紅酒燴牛尾」果然無令我失望!牛尾相當入味,而正都係個汁,用嚟撈飯一流!食到尾聲當然要食返碟菜,呢碟「馬拉盞通菜」味道極濃,鍾意偏咸嘅爸爸就最buy!晚飯後當然唔少得甜品,我哋叫咗「楊枝金露」、「芒果布甸」同「桂花紅豆糕」,全部都幾清甜,為呢餐晚飯畫上完美句號。
