好友聚會人多多,最岩食中菜一齊分享,今次食潮州菜,特別在較多手工菜式,都是廚師精心製作。最令我期待的是甜品-反沙芋。先來一杯功夫茶,細細一杯,茶甘味重。雞絲水晶粉皮 $98雞絲嫩滑夾著爽脆青瓜絲,還有順滑有彈性的水晶粉皮,粉皮特別薄身切段方便進食。麻醬滑身濃香,加了芝麻更加香。滷水鵝片 $198滷水汁唔會好咸,鵝片滷得夠入味,咬落好有肉香又唔膩,質感淋彈之間,越咬越出味,而且冇渣。杏汁白肺湯 $168杏汁味好濃郁又滑,飲完香味久久不散又潤喉,白肺沖得夠乾淨好花時間,心機菜特別好味。白肺淋滑筋位少,唔使沾醬油已經好好食。飲完好滋補潤肺又養顏。潮陽炸雙棗 $120分別是蝦棗及蟹棗,兩者都用料十足,蟹肉一絲絲,質感偏淋有鮮味,外脆內軟夠哂熱辣辣。蝦棗彈牙爽口,蝦味突出,有一粒燈蝦肉,比較喜歡呢款,必點小食。寸金紹菜包$240,用紹菜包著蝦肉、冬菇、豬肉等材料,煮法簡單健康,味道清淡微咸。食得太多肉,點呢款菜最岩,菜吸收肉類同海鮮的鮮味,令紹菜更清甜。豆醬龍崗雞煲 $168/半隻, 由於多人食所以叫一隻。不過好大隻份量頗多。肉質肥美嫩滑,雞皮偏厚脂肪多,所以黃油亦多,加上豆醬燜煮特別香,而且不
